Before you begin making any modifications, improvements, alterations or additions to your home, take a moment to review the governing documents of your association.
A request for approval process is almost always required and may be necessary before you begin.
Architectural Control is established to provide for a quality appearance, a harmonious look in streetscape, continuity in design and character, and most definitely the desire to enhance overall property and community values.
Homeowners have a responsibility to review the Declarations or Indentures, obtain any and all relevant forms for the architectural request, submit and communicate on any issues that arise in the approval process and wait until an approval or denial is received before commencing with any changes or additions on the property.
